1. Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Commercial

Education:
• M.Pharm from a recognized university.

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations, import/export, L/C, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage L/C opening, customs clearance, and banking documentation.
• Oversee raw material procurement, vendor negotiation, and supply chain activities.

Requirements:
• Age: Up to 40 years.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and ERP.

Location: Head Office.

2. Senior Executive / Executive – Graphics Designing

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or CSE from a recognized university, with relevant skills.

Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging, promotional materials, and visual design.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design visual aids, LBCs, product cartons, brochures, and digital banners.
• Coordinate with press and printing vendors to ensure color accuracy and quality.

Requirements:
• Age: Up to 32 years.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, along with creative copywriting skills.

Location: Head Office.

3. Executive – Product Management Department (PMD)

Education:
• B.Pharm or M.Pharm from a recognized university.

Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical PMD.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic records may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct prescription surveys and analyze brand positioning and market response.
• Develop brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and promotional literature.
• Support sales force training and conduct field visits for market intelligence.

Requirements:
• Age: Up to 32 years.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Location: Head Office.

4. Executive – Market Survey

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience:
• 1–2 years of experience in field surveys, prescription audits, or market research.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct prescription surveys and compile reports on doctors' prescribing trends.
• Perform chemist mapping, product availability audits, and competitor analysis.
• Submit daily field survey reports using mobile applications and GPS tools.

Requirements:
• Age: Up to 32 years.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.

Location: Field-Based.
